Dohop Connects: Dohop’s Inaugural Partner Event 2022 

At the end of May, we hosted the first-ever Dohop Partner Event in our hometown of Reykjavik in Iceland. More than 30 of our existing and potential partners joined us from around the world for three days of sessions, networking, and fun, during which we discussed the present and future of connectivity and shared knowledge and experiences.

Sessions included Industry Insights by Jo Bailey, Managing Editor at Simple Flying, and panels with speakers from around the world, including representatives from Avianca, Air Transat, Vueling, easyJet, Play, and Lift, as well as presentations about Dohop’s latest hackathon projects. Our team members then joined our guests on trips to some of Iceland’s most iconic attractions and bonded over a hike around the Geyser, a dip in the Blue Lagoon, or a walk around Reykjavik trying Iceland’s most iconic and delicious foods. 

It’s been two weeks since the event, and we’re still buzzing from all of the positive energy and feedback we received from our attendees. We’re also excited to begin planning the next issue of the Dohop Partner Event in 2023. At the heart of what we do is bringing people together, sharing ideas, learning from one another, and growing together. Dohop strives to create meaningful connections – not just between flights, airlines, and transport providers, but also between people.
