Go Beyond allows Citilink to connect its network with partner airlines, giving passengers the ability to book multi-airline itineraries in a single transaction. Travellers can now enjoy smoother connections to a wider range of destinations while maintaining Citilink’s focus on affordable and reliable air travel.

Darsito Hendroseputro, President & CEO of Citilink, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Dohop as part of our mission to expand Citilink’s business network by providing a new distribution channel. Dohop’s innovative alternative interline technology connects Citilink with other airlines, enabling seamless booking options for customers to a wider range of destinations. Through this collaboration, Citilink can offer travellers the convenience of booking comprehensive travel itineraries while maintaining our commitment to delivering safe and comfortable air travel experiences,”

At launch, Go Beyond connects Citilink passengers to new destinations via Scoot and Air India Express, reaching across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and beyond. As part of its plans for the future, Citilink aims to expand its alternative interline connections to East Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. "This partnership with Citilink shows how airlines can rethink what’s possible. By using our flexible technology, Citilink can connect with more partners and open up new destinations for their passengers without the constraints of traditional interline. It’s a great example of how we’re making connected travel simple, through more options for travellers and smarter growth for airlines,” said Sarah Hanan, Chief Commercial Officer at Dohop.

For the airline industry, partnerships like this reflect a positive shift towards innovative collaborations. By working with other airlines through alternative interlining, airlines can expand their reach without requiring complicated legacy interline agreements.
