The 100% of shares of the airline belong to flyLAL Group consortium, owned by Lithuanian companies. The principal activity of flyLAL is carriage of passengers, mail and cargo on scheduled and charter flights. The company also provides third party aircraft maintenance in compliance with PART-145 requirements and training of aircraft maintenance specialists in compliance with PART-147 requirements. Currently, flyLAL operates direct scheduled flights from Vilnius and Palanga to 18 destinations. In co-operation with its code-share partners the airline offers passengers convenient connections between Vilnius and over 600 cities of the world."
