Cape Town is the provincial capital of Western Cape and the legislative capital of South Africa. With an estimated population of 3.5 million in 2007, it is considered as the second most populous city in the country. The history of the city involved the Dutch traders, British, and French forces.

Cape Town is a large city having majority of its income from real estate and is considered Africa’s second or third main economic hub city. It also enjoys revenue from its harbor, airport and the presence of the government. Commercial enterprise, mining, and tourism are also contributors to the city’s economic boom.

Like many beautiful cities, Cape Town has well-defined seasons. During the summer months from November until March, tourists would enjoy exploring Table Mountain, the city’s white sand beaches, and explore its countless cultural attractions including its notable architectural heritage of Cape Dutch buildings.
