Brac is an island situated in Adriatic Sea in Croatia. As the third largest island in the country, Brac had an estimated population of 13,000 people as of 2007. Brac’s economy is more on tourism and agriculture. The town is known for its goats and Dalmatian olive oil production. Brac comprises little towns including Supetar which is the largest one. Despite of its small territory, Brac has a good number of visitors every year.
The town showcases relaxing beaches and historical spots like Supetar Harbour and Polja in the Evening. There are also a number of restaurants to taste some of the finest german and Italian cuisines that will surely mark one’s taste bud. If you want shopping, then you can go downtown. Dozens of items are being offered including books, furniture, delicacies and other unique items.
