Barra is an isle which can be located in the adjacent to the Vatersay island and is considered to be an uninhabited island in the southernmost part of the outer Herbides which is Scotland.

One of the best places to visit in the area are the white sandy beaches as well as the coral reefs in their seas. This is truly a majestic place to behold because it is virtually untouched by man. The area is also home to some of the rarest species of flowers that are endemic to the area alone not to mention the dazzling scenery that is likewise present.

If you want a midieval look then you can go to the Kisimul Castle at the Castlebay which is also has a picturesque scenery.
