Andros town is comprised of three main islands namely South Andros, Mangrove Cay, and North Andros. This makes Andros the largest island in the Bahamas and the fifth largest island in the West Indies. Andros is also famous for their barrier reef which is considered to be the largest barrier reef in the world. Thousands of species of marine life thrive in the area which has attracted marine biologists and tourists to come and visit the island.
