PLEASE NOTE
Virgin Atlantic is not liable for any compensation to the passenger for onward travel on us or another airline if the Virgin Atlantic flight is delayed. We will not be liable if the passenger is late in arriving for a Virgin Atlantic flight due to delay from an inbound connecting airline. The onward carrier will apply the conditions of sale of the original ticket booked on their service which can include no-show fees, cancellation charges, penalty fees or the need to pay for an upgrade on the next flight if a lower class is not available. Passengers are advised of the need to pass through Customs and passport control and check-in again with their baggage at the connecting airlines' main check-in desks instead of transit desks - even if luggage doesn't need to be checked in. Therefore passengers must ensure they have the correct documentation to arrive into the UK and leave plenty of time between flights. In certain circumstances Virgin Atlantic and other airlines' prices shown may differ from those quoted directly on www.virginatlantic.com and the individual airline websites.
